Kidz FIt

At Farnborough Road Infant School we believe a healthy body means a healthy mind. On Wednesday 18th November we used some of our school Sports Premium money to pay for Kidz Fit to visit our school.

Each class from Nursery to Year 2 took part in a fitness session educating every child about the importance of a healthy lifestyle, physical fitness, effective hydration and personal well being. Children and teachers thoroughly themselves as the sessions were fun, fast paced and very informative.
